Meie \u00fclakeha peaks olema peaaegu vertikaalses asendis. Meie selg peaks toetuma kindlalt seljatoele, pea aga olema peatoe l\u00e4hedal, mitte selle vastas.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e4rgmisena peaks paika panema istme asukoha ja rooli. Rool ja istmed on muudetava asendiga peaaegu k\u00f5ikides autodes. Milline on \u00f5ige kaugus? See peaks vastma kahele kriteeriumile.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Esiteks\"><\/span>Esiteks:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Kui vajutame p\u00f5hja siduripedaali, siis peaks Meie p\u00f5lv j\u00e4\u00e4ma kergelt k\u00f5verdatud asendisse terveks pedaali vajutuse ajaks. Sellega suudame v\u00e4hendada tugevate p\u00f5lvetraumade ja luumurdude ohtu laupkokkup\u00f5rkel. Kui p\u00f5lv on k\u00f5verdatud asendis, siis kokkup\u00f5rke hetkel k\u00f5verdub ta veelgi rohkem ning trauma risk jalale on v\u00e4iksem.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Teiseks\"><\/span>Teiseks:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Kui Meie \u00f5lad puhkavad istme seljatoel, siis peaksime saama enda randed toetada rooli peale. Selline asend v\u00f5imaldab k\u00fc\u00fcnarnukkidel piisavalt liikuda, et rooli probleemideta m\u00f5lemale poole l\u00f5puni v\u00e4lja keerata.<\/p>\n<p>Kui need kaks kriteeriumit on t\u00e4idetud, siis on garanteeritud, et iste ei ole roolist liiga kaugel. Samuti tasub silmas pidada, et iste ei oleks roolile liiga l\u00e4hedal. Kui iste on roolile liiga l\u00e4hedal siis meie k\u00f5ht ei v\u00f5imalda meil rooli keerata! \u00d5ige s\u00f5idu asend on selline, mis ei lase meie liigestel \u201clukku\u201d minna ning v\u00f5imaldab meil rooli vabalt ja suurema pingutuseta keerata.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>S\u00f5idukitel, millel saab istet t\u00f5sta, v\u00f5iksime selle s\u00e4ttida sellisesse asendisse, mis v\u00f5imaldab meil \u00fcle rooli n\u00e4ha kogu \u00fcmbruskonda.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h1><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kuidas_hoida_kasi_rooli_peal\"><\/span><strong>Kuidas hoida k\u00e4si rooli peal?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Mida teha oma k\u00e4tega? Peaksime kasutama kolmandiku reeglit. H\u00e4daolukorras v\u00f5imaldab see teha rooliga kiireid ja piisavalt suuri man\u00f6\u00f6vreid. \u00dckski teine s\u00f5iduasend ei v\u00f5imalda suuremat s\u00f5iduvabadust.<\/p>\n<h1><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Turvavoo\"><\/span>Turvav\u00f6\u00f6<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Enne s\u00f5idu alustamist peame kinnitama turvav\u00f6\u00f6. See peaks olema meie kehale v\u00f5imalikult l\u00e4hedal. Juhul kui kanname paksemat jakki, siis turvav\u00f6\u00f6 peab olema vastu keha jakki all. Miks? Avariiolukorras p\u00e4\u00e4stab pingul turvav\u00f6\u00f6 meid otseset tugevast kokkup\u00f5rkest turvapadjaga. Rooli taga parema n\u00e4htavuse saamiseks v\u00f5imlemine muudab meie optimaalset s\u00f5iduasendit.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Teiseks-2\"><\/span>Teiseks:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Enne s\u00f5idukisse istumist peaksime oma riietuse kohandma s\u00f5iduki sisetemperatuuri jaoks vastavaks. Eriti oluline on see talvel. Kui me peame kodu juurest autoni j\u00f5udmiseks k\u00f5ndima pika tee, siis riietume me ka vastavalt. See on arusaadav, kuna keegi meist ei taha ju haigeks j\u00e4\u00e4da. S\u00f5itu alustades on hea v\u00f5tta seljast \u00fcleriided, et s\u00f5idu ajal palav ei hakkaks. S\u00f5idu ajal \u00fcleriiete \u00e4ra v\u00f5tmine segab keskendumist ning suurendab \u00f5nnetuse riski.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kolmandaks\"><\/span>Kolmandaks:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Enne s\u00f5idu alustamist v\u00f5iks panna\u00a0paika ka k\u00f5ik vajalikud s\u00fcsteemid, n\u00e4iteks kliimaseade, raadio jne. Soovituslikust s\u00f5iduasendist ei ole kasu, kui kulutame suurema osa s\u00f5idust gps-i ja raadio n\u00e4ppimisele.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Samuti peaksime me v\u00f5itlema oma halbade harjumustega. Tavaline on see, et s\u00f5itu alustades oleme ennast s\u00e4ttinud \u00f5igesse asendisse, kuid s\u00f5idu v\u00e4ltel rikume seda \u00fche k\u00e4ega rooli hoides v\u00f5i lausa ristis k\u00e4tega rooli keerates.
